# Terms and Conditions

## 1. About the Company
The company Nordmedia (840810-7152) is headquartered in Gothenburg. The company's mailing address is Blåsvädersgatan 8, 418 32 Gothenburg.

If you wish to contact us, please send an email to support@woodease.co with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

## 2. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at support@woodease.co.

## 3. Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 9-14 business days. NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Due to high volume at postal carriers, delays may occur. We ask for your understanding, as this is beyond our control.

If delays occur (without us notifying you of extended delivery times), please contact us at support@woodease.co.

Note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, as you, the customer, are the private importer of the product you order.

## 4. Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, or inaccuracies caused by incorrect information.

## 5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive the item you ordered.

### 5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to support@woodease.co. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Products should therefore be shipped well-packaged and in their original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the item's original value if it has been used or damaged.

### 5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply to:
Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken by you.

Products that are sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch based on your requests.

Services that have been completed where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

## 6. Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, remedy the issue free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

Complaints must be submitted immediately after discovering the defect.

### 6.1 How to File a Complaint:
Any errors or defects should always be reported to support@woodease.co, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we cannot remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item proves not to be defective under applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes; see arn.se.

## 7. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.

We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced/absent deliveries from suppliers.

Furthermore, we accept no liability for any changes to products/product characteristics altered by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

## 8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that images reflect the exact appearance of products, as slight color variations may occur depending on screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display products as accurately as possible.

## 9. Information about Cookies
Under the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in a cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website requests to save on your computer to provide access to various features. You can set your browser to automatically deny cookies. Woodease.co is responsible for processing the personal data you provide as a customer. Your personal data is processed to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers—to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna.

To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. Shared data includes first name, last name, and address for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared for notifications.

The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

We use Klaviyo for newsletter mailings.

### 10.5 Right of Access
You have the right to receive an extract of all information we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

You have the right to request that we update incorrect information or complete incomplete data.

### 10.7 Right to be Forgotten

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes; see arn.se. Residents of another EU country besides Sweden can submit complaints online via the EU Commission's dispute mediation platform; see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
