How long will it take to receive my package?

  • Our delivery time is 9-14 days from when the package is shipped. We aim to ship packages every weekday. Note that delays may occasionally occur due to high volume at the carrier.

Which carriers do you use?

  • We use Postnord, Earlybirds, and Citymail to deliver our products.

Can I return my product?

  • Of course, you can return your order. Send an email to support@woodease.co to receive return instructions.

The product is out of stock—when will more be available?

  • We always try to keep stock so you can order from our website. But sometimes demand is higher than expected. If you'd like updates on when the product you're interested in is back in stock, subscribe to our newsletter.
